In 2007 when the Bath Knights of Columbus called it a day and closed its operations of the weekly Bingo games on West Washington Street denying local players of a local venue. The good news is, from Jan 5 the Bath Volunteer Fire Department is to start a bi weekly Bingo games on the first and third Monday of each month.

Participants can enjoy the fun of Bingo games with hamburgers and hotdogs cooked by volunteers at the fire station at East Morris Street .The extravaganza is to start at 5:30 PM. and the Bingo games will commence at 7 PM.

A $2 entry will be charged, providing each Bingo player with a single Bingo card. Additional cards may cost 50 cents, according to fire department member Mark Fiordo.

He further remarked that K of C donated the Bingo Equipment to the fire department when it moved to O’Malley Hall from the Washington Street location. “They gave us everything we basically need,” he said.
