London, In the eve of Inside Soap Awards at Coronation Street, EastEnders et al expecting to win as many accolades as possible, reports the Associated Press.

Shortlists for each of the category have been exposed, for a course of the last few months, which has taken place in Weatherfield and Walford, etc for each category, for reminding soap fans of the array of storylines.

The best storyline of the year prize had given to the death of Vera Duckworth in Corrie and Stacey’s affair in London-based soap EastEnders. Gemma Bissex has also nominated as the Best Bitch in two different soaps - EastEnders as well as in Hollyoaks.
